Grief is not something to be rushed or reasoned away — but it can be moved through. IADC is a structured grief therapy developed in 1995 by clinical psychologist Dr. Allan Botkin, adapted from EMDR. It works gently with the core sadness at the heart of grief, and many people leave the process having experienced what feels like a genuine reconnection with the loved one they’ve lost. Offered over two days of two-hour sessions. Available for direct billing through RSW-eligible plans.
