Practitioners must maintain professional conduct and ethical standards at all times.
Any fraudulent or misleading claims about services will result in immediate account termination.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Service fees are clearly displayed before booking confirmation.
Refund policies vary by practitioner and service type.
Witchly.co.uk charges a platform fee for facilitating transactions.
Disputes regarding payments should be reported within 14 days of the transaction.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction that appears fraudulent.

5. Booking and Cancellations

Bookings are subject to practitioner availability and confirmation.
Cancellation policies are set by individual practitioners and displayed before booking.
Last-minute cancellations may result in fees as per the practitioner's policy.
Practitioners reserve the right to decline services to any client.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and both parties' agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Witchly.co.uk, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Practitioners retain ownership of their own content and service descriptions.
By posting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content on our platform.
Any infringement of intellectual property rights will be addressed promptly.

7. Prohibited Activities

Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward practitioners or clients.
Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Attempting to bypass payment systems or fees.
Using the platform for illegal activities or services.
Impersonating another person or entity.
Spamming, soliciting, or unauthorized advertising.
Sharing or selling account credentials.

8. Limitation of Liability

Witchly.co.uk acts as a platform connecting practitioners and clients.
We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of services provided.
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our platform.
In no event shall Witchly.co.uk be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these may not apply to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

Practitioner services are not medical, legal, or financial advice.

Results from spiritual services are not guaranteed and vary by individual.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Witchly.co.uk harmless from any claims arising from your use of the platform.
This includes violations of these Terms, infringement of rights, or harm caused to third parties.
Practitioners agree to indemnify us against claims related to their services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.
All provisions of the Terms that should survive termination shall survive.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
