Hello! I'm Oliver Wren, a disabled trans and queer Dravidian Malayali who is a trained full-spectrum birth, end-of-life, and death companion and I also offer care as a crip companion. I'm presently in ongoing education in birth, end-of-life, and death care, and studying to become a childbirth educator, lactation consultant, clinical herbalist, somatic educator & practitioner, breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, tarot practitioner, and an astrologer.
This offering is of collaboratively engaging in somatic education and coaching synchronously. It is not therapy, but my sharing knowledge and offering collaborative care and my prioritizing liberatory values to gently expand one's capacity and ability to end ancestral and generational trauma.
